Date Added: 1/18/2026 Harmony Equestrian Center in Fincastle, VA is looking to add a new member to its team. Harmony is a busy lesson barn with a focus on horsemanship, dressage, and eventing. We are a very supportive, inclusive community that values learning and cooperation. We are looking for someone that is confident around horses as well as understands farm work. The ideal candidate is a capable horseperson that is confident handling horses on the ground, able to do farm maintenance, familiar with day to day care of horses, enjoys being around families and kids, is detailed oriented, can work as a team member and function independently. Abitlity to drive a stick, experience driving a tractor, and confidence using power tools are a bonus. First and foremost, we are a teaching facility and are willing to teach the right person. Position is full time, 5 days a week, with paid time off, possibility of bringing a horse and continuing education opportunities. Pay commensurate with experience.
