The Marlboro Ridge Community Association is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or entities
to provide professional equestrian center management and operational services for the Marlboro
Ridge Equestrian Center.
The Association seeks an experienced operator capable of managing day-to-day equestrian
operations in a manner that is financially responsible, compliant with governing documents and
applicable law, and consistent with the expectations of a residential community association. The
Association is issuing this RFP as part of its periodic review of amenity operations and service delivery.
