Currently in search of two unique horses to fulfill needed roles:
1. In search of a dressage school master that has a great mind and has no spook. Is needed for an adult that is looking to become riding fit again and is rehabbing from some injuries. Ideal candidate would be happy both doing work in the ring and also safely hacking out. Age is not a concern but soundness for regular 5 day a week work is.
2. In search of a kid proof beginner pony that is small to medium sized. Would prefer a welsh or welsh cross but open to other breeds as well. Priority is being bomb proof and kid friendly. Is needed to start two very young girls riding and we are looking to build confidence and a life long love of horses. Does not need to be fancy just safe safe safe.
For either situation we would be interested in buying or leasing depending on the circumstances. We have a small very well maintained farm in Keswick and our horses get the absolute best care including matted 12X12 stalls, daily turnout in pastures suited to their needs (grass or dry lot) with sturdy post and board fencing, blanketing, fly masks, fly spraying, and bell boots as needed for turnout.
